We are delighted to invite you to participate in the 2021 International Conference on Advanced Materials and Energy Engineering (AMEE2021) will be held from December 27-30, 2021 in Nanjing, China.
Ramaswamy Nagarajan is a Professor of Plastics Engineering at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and has a science and engineering background with bachelor degrees in chemistry and rubber technology from India and a doctoral degree in polymer science from the University of Massachusetts. His research interest is in the development of “greener”/sustainable routes to advanced functional materials (polymers, additives and surfactants). Working at the interface of science and engineering his research group has been involved in translating fundamental research into engineering applications for advancing technology in new and emerging areas. He has published more than 55 papers in peer-reviewed journals and holds 17 U.S. patents.
Shengjie (Patrick) Zhai is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, who got opto-electronic, biomedical engineering and materials degrees in China and United States. He is interested in developing new methodologies for the controlled synthesis, fabrication and characterization of materials with specific and unique structures and functionalities inspired by biology. Special interests include preparation of functional (co) polymers and investigation of their self-assembled nanostructures; understanding the self-organization process at surfaces and interfaces; development of novel responsive materials and non-conventional approaches for nano- and micropatterning of complex 2-D and 3-D structures; controlling wetting, adhesion and biofouling on polymer thin films.
Professor Chongchong Qi received his Bachelor degree from China University of Mining and Technology, China, and PhD degree from The University of Western Australia, Australia. He has considerable expertise in industrial waste recycling, sustainable cementitious materials, materials science, and chemistry. Prof. Qi has published over 50 peer reviewed SCI papers. Among them, more than ten papers have been selected as ESI highly-cited papers (1%) or ESI hot papers (1‰). He served as lead guest editor, guest editor, and editorial board member of several SCI Journals, including “International Journal of Minerals, Metallurgy, and Materials” and “Minerals”. He has been a technical committee member of TC309 Machine Learning and Big Data (ISSMGE), Geo-Institute Computational Geotechnics Committee (ASCE), ASTM, and an active member of several international societies.

Serious misconduct (for example, data fabrication, falsification or plagiarism) is taken seriously into consideration and is further investigated. When a suspicion of misconduct turns out to be confirmed, the available sanction is applied.
Before publication, AMEE will randomly review papers from each scientific conference using the powerful text comparison tool: iThenticate.
This procedure aims to prevent scholarly and professional plagiarism.
The statement is as follows:
1. All articles contributed to AMEE2021 must be new articles which have not been published in any journals or publications, and the copyrights of the articles should not have been demised to any institution, organization or individual.
2. Several kinds of articles are to be declined by AMEE2021: 1) Pseudo-articles which are incompetent in reasoning and devoid of any statistics, experiments or designs; 2) Plagiarized articles; 3) Articles translated by translation software; 4) Articles irrelevant to the theme and scope of this conference.
3. AMEE2021 takes a tough position to plagiarism. All articles registered will be tested for plagiarism. Any article that fails to pass the plagiarism detection will be sent back to its writer and the writer will be charged for an inspection fee of 100$USD.
4. AMEE2021 earnestly requests article-contributors to scrupulously abide by academic ethics. AMEE2021 also objects to repeated submission of one article and withdrawal of articles without reason. Any academic misbehavior concerning articles contributed will be reported to the workplaces of the contributors.
